CASE STUDY - MORRIS RICHARDSON WATCHES
Morris Richardson create British inspired, fashionable yet timeless watches. Founder Tom Morris-Richardson approached a number of photographers and after early discussions and quotes decided AHP was the best fit. This was partly because much of my work was in a similar style to his own vision, and partly due to my ongoing initial help and advice.

The brief was to create lifestyle images for the introduction of the new brand. The images were to be the linchpin of the new website and social media branding.

The original plan was for team Morris Richardson to come down to the South East as I have a number of local contacts for large country houses and creative team members. Later it was decided instead to play the home game up in Nottingham and they found several venues that suited the new brand very well.

As well as achieving a high quality of photography we needed to make sure we got images that would reflect the brand in the right way. I worked with Morris Richardson for several months running up to the shoot and developed a detailed photography plan for the shoot day.
We had a lot to get done and the plan enabled us to make the most of the time we had and make sure we got exactly what we needed on the day.

Having recently invested in an all-new studio lighting system, this was one of the first opportunities to put it to the test. The new system offers the full power of studio lighting but with no requirement for power feeds so it's perfect for location shoots. It also offers unprecedented levels of colour accuracy and stability which means we get absolute consistency across a shoot.

It was a great day, the weather behaved, the new lighting played its part and the team worked very well together. Everyone was pleased with the final images and within a few weeks they were in use on the new Morris Richardson website. It is always a proud moment to see our images in action and I am very pleased to have been part of this exciting new brand.

CASE STUDY - POTTS INTERIORS
Having already received a Houzz award for fantastic customer service, Potts Interiors decided to improve the way in which they showcase their work.

They found AHP Commercial Photography through a recommendation and our first interiors shoot was in summer 2015. They were delighted to see the difference that professional photography made, and I have worked with them ever since!
Rather than organise the shoots themselves, they now give me the contact numbers of clients who have had new installations and I arrange the shoots directly with the homeowners. This approach saves time and effort for Potts Interiors, makes things simpler for everyone, and speeds up the overall process.

The photographs provide a regular source of new content for Potts Interiors and are used in their blog posts as well as on their website and in their wider advertising and marketing campaigns.

CASE STUDY - JEM & BEA
Jem & Bea is a producer of beautiful, contemporary handbags that cleverly incorporate sections for baby changing equipment. Based in Tunbridge Wells themselves, they wanted a local commercial photographer and found AHP Commercial Photography via a Google search.

We arranged an initial meeting at which we talked about what they wanted to achieve. They were aiming at high end department stores so knew that the quality of photography had to be second to none.
As this brand is all about style, I suggested that Jem & Bea might like to attend the shoot to offer their unique input and help to ensure that the brand image is reflected in each shot. This proved to be an excellent idea as it not only enabled them to guarantee the style they wanted, but it also saved valuable time in arranging the products to show the important details.

Within a few days after the shoot the finished shots were with product buyers, the media, and on their new website. Jem & Bea are going from strength to strength and I always look forward to hearing the latest success stories at each new shoot we do.

CASE STUDY - BEDGEBURY DEVELOPMENTS
Bedgebury Developments is a property development company based in Bedgebury Park, Goudhurst, Kent.

The redevelopment of Pennybridge House near Wadhurst involved a complete overhaul of the interior, taking 1 ½ years. The project aim was to place the large house onto the exclusive rental market, so they needed first rate photographs of the new rooms. Having previously done some fashion photography work for the owner of Bedgebury Developments, AHP Commercial Photography was the obvious choice.
The brief was to photograph each of the main rooms and areas to a high standard, and to include the exquisite details such as hand painting, mouldings and the many luxury fittings. We also needed to capture daytime and night time shots of the extensive exteriors. The images had to be suitable for high quality printed brochures as well as website viewing.

I used a specific combination of camera equipment to get ultimate detail, faithful colour rendition and high dynamic range. Bedgebury Developments were delighted with the results and I am pleased to report that Pennybridge House is now successfully let on a regular basis.

CASE STUDY - NATWEST
Positive media coverage is important for all types of organisations and one as large as the National Westminster Bank has high demands for constant publicity, both local and national. I have worked with NatWest for several years on all types of shoot, from business meetings to community events and roadshows.
When press coverage is required, punctuality and reliability are paramount, as well as fast turnaround times to meet immediate deadlines. In such cases, AHP Commercial Photography is able to respond quickly and provide imagery ready for use, often within hours of the event.
